About Us :

  Salem Sahodaya School Complex was started in the year 1995 with 7 Schools as members. Now it has 24 member   schools from Salem, Namakkal, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiiri Districts. This learning Community works together   towards the common goal of sharing educational experiences and setting new bench marks of quality benefitting all   the stakeholders alike (i.e) the Student, the Parents, the Teachers, the Management and enhancing the community at   large.

  It is an interactive support network involved with the spirit of sharing and caring: sharing of good ideas that have   worked for others. It also aims to create a framework of leadership to offer avenues to strengthen Pedagogical   Stands.

  We strive to develop ourselves through functions, Seminars, Conferences classes, lectures, workshops and   exhibitions, organizing inter school debates, sports competitions, publishing newsletters, preparing course materials   and conducting common examinations.

  The Aims and Objectives of Salem Sahodaya:

  •   To provide a quorum for discussion to initiate higher education aspirants.
  •   To render assistance to member schools in their quest for excellence.
  •   To recognize the achievement of students, Staff, Teachers and Principals.
  •   To guide member school for providing quality education with regard to the need of the hour.
  •   To conduct workshops /Seminars/Conferences for advancement of educational and administrative expertise of the        members.
  •   To provide in-service training programmes for teachers.
  •   To conduct inter school literary & sports.
  •   To share best practices in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.
  •   To share experiences in Teaching and learning.
  •   To prepare question banks for Formative & Summative Assessments.
  •   To give moral education and make students to build character and discipline.
  •   To propagate that knowledge leads to modesty.
